Regulatory training management

Regulatory training management

Keep track of your regulatory trainings
for all your learners

Does your organization have to manage regulatory training obligations? Do your learners have to complete a minimum number of continuing education hours each year? Make managing these obligations simple and transparent with Lära’s regulatory training management features.

Whether your organization is a professional association, a professional order or any other organization that has to manage a training regulation, you know that centralizing information in one place is vital in order to respect standards and ensure the follow-up of learners’ compliance.

That’s why the Lära LMS team has focused on making life easier not only for your organization, but also for your learners.

Define your obligations by regulatory period

Your administrators will be happy to use a platform that allows you to define your training rules, regulatory periods and related obligations in a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate.

Administrators with sufficient rights will have full control and can therefore :

  • Create new regulatory periods
  • Define application criteria for specific users based on your user data
  • Define training obligations and determine to whom they apply (number of hours to accumulate in the cycle, different criteria to accumulate according to the rule, etc.)
  • Finally, it will also be important to determine the statuses in order to manage your end of the regulatory period.

A specific dashboard for learners

For learners, regulatory training management naturally implies training obligations. That’s why we’ve created a new dashboard so that each learner can track their progress.

Learners will be able to view their progress and the achievement of their obligations through easy-to-understand graphs.

They will also be able to access the details of their training record in order to :

  • Track progress in detail and generate their training report
  • Make requests for training exemptions
  • Self-declare training courses

Let your members do self-declaration of their trainings

Do your learners sometimes do external training with third parties? Would you like them to be able to declare them in your learning management system?

No problem, Lära LMS supports self-declaration of training and will allow your learners to declare accredited training directly on the platform in order to manage the input and ensure the appropriate tracking.

To this end, self-declaration forms are set up to mark out the necessary information according to the types of training and subjects. These forms will of course be adapted to your realities by our team during the implementation phase.

Your learners become autonomous in adding, modifying and deleting their declared experiences. They will also be able to print their training records and certificates in self-service mode.

Administrative interfaces specific to the management of self-declarations

How will your administrators manage these self-declarations? Easily!

We have designed dedicated interfaces so that your administrative users can manage, approve, request additional information and add administrative notes to learner profiles as needed.

In addition, each action is archived to ensure traceability of your actions and those of your members!

In order to communicate with your learners and to ensure the flow of information, automated notifications will allow you to manage requests for additional information or approvals on declared courses.

Is a learner falling behind or not following the continuing education schedule? Manage training commitments to get them back on track.

In some contexts, organizations have to impose sanctions or agree on commitments with certain learners in order to meet training obligations. With Lära LMS it’s simple and that’s exactly what commitment training allows you to do.

The administrator will add mandatory training courses to the learner’s record, but the hours spent in these courses will not be counted in the number of hours of the regulatory training and will serve as a sort of catch-up for the user.

These commitments are accessible and recorded in a dedicated “Commitments” section under the regulatory period and will allow administrators to follow up on learner record.

Any exceptions? Even manage requests for training exemptions..

On the opposite end of the spectrum, learners want exemptions from training because some of the regulatory training doesn’t apply to them or because they’ve already met the criteria?

Lära LMS allows you to manage this too! In fact, a mechanism allows learners to request exemptions using forms developed specifically for this purpose for your organization.

You will be able to customize :

  • the reasons for the exemption according to your criteria
  • request the necessary supporting documents
  • ask learners to upload supporting documents directly to the platform.

Administrators will benefit from a graphical interface where they will be able to consult all exemption requests and contact learners as needed with predefined communications that ensure traceability of communications in case of dispute.
