Multi-portal

Publish your training courses in Multi-Portal Mode
and make all your users happy

Do you have several types of customers for your training courses? Do you want to offer each group a personalized environment that’s adapted to their needs? Want to go further than just offering different catalogues? Create a portal for each of your audiences.

With Lära LMS, you have the potential to create, from all your training content, separate portals to organize and customize your training portfolio according to your needs. See below how this feature can help you manage your organization chart in an adaptable way.

Separate your training into different portals and manage everything in one place

What can you do with Multi-Portal Mode? Among other things, you can arrange your training and programs based on different user groups and needs.

Do you think that catalogues can already help you structure your programs? That’s true, but not the way the multi-portal mode can. The catalogues help you organize your training based on categories of users and needs, but everything is on one portal and remains accessible to everyone who has permission to enter the portal.

With Multi-Portal Mode, set up different content displays for each user group. Each display has a separate access point, requiring distinct authentication, and leads to a different selection of courses. In other words, each of your audiences has its own portal and cannot enter the other audiences’ portals.

You can even create as many portals as you want, based on your needs and your number of audiences.

At the same time, there’s no need for your admins and trainers to remember a bunch of different passwords: you have access to all your portals in one place. Prepare your courses, manage your registrations, organize your catalogues, and assign content to your portals… all from your Lära learning management system portal. You can continue to work and receive all your data from your LMS interfaces.

Structure your portals to suit your users’ needs… and your own

When you set up different portals, you’re dividing your audiences based on your needs and theirs. This allows you to create different visual environments for each user group and adapt the features to their situations.

Within your portals, you choose which of Lära’s features to use so you can create an environment that meets your audience’s expectations. To help you, each Lära feature is compatible with Multi-Portal Mode and allows you to activate many options, such as:

  • Catalogues
  • Online sales
  • Portal-specific authentication methods
  • Creation of user accounts
  • Registration management
  • Etc.
