with the “à la carte packages ” option

Do you organize in-person training events or conferences? Then you know that managing them is often complex and requires a lot of time and effort.

We’ve decided to make your life easier! With Lära, manage all your events and conferences directly from your training portal. You can manage not only the participation in multiple simultaneous workshops, but also your learners’ workshop selection process during registration. This selection process will take into account the rules and limits that you apply to your sessions and workshops.

Letting users register for an “à la carte” session is simple—just add an extra step in the shopping process.

Activate and plan painlessly !

By activating “à la carte” mode, you can create packages for your events or conferences to better tailor your offer to your learners. These packages can group in-person and remote activities. More specifically, you can:

  • Manage the visibility of your resources and documents based on your “à la carte” packages
  • Grant training credits on individual items in your “à la carte” packages
  • Show your learners’ individual choices on their training certificates (if you award them)
  • Add the specific hours or credits that apply to each individual training certificate

Holding several workshops at once ? No worries !

With Lära, your events and conferences will no longer be a source of anxiety. We’ve made it easy for you to create events with simultaneous workshops.

During the registration process, participants will be asked to choose which workshops they want to attend. Assuming there are still places available, of course! Lära even lets you set a maximum number of places for each of the event’s workshops.

Are you holding a multi-day event? No problem! You can also create multi-day courses where your learners can choose the day(s) that work best for them. Appropriate payment methods will be offered for these choices and payments can be done directly in your Lära portal!

Is there anything you need to know before your event or conference takes place, like meal choices? Lära now lets you ask your participants questions when they register.

Naturally, as an administrator, you’ll be able to view the results and even export them!
